GLEN's HEALTHFUL MOMENT!

FORGIVENESS AFFIRMATION

The door to my heart opens inward.  I move through forgiveness to love.  As I change my thoughts, the world around me changes.  The past is over so it has no power now.  The thoughts of this moment create my future.  It is no fun being a victim.  I refuse to be helpless anymore.  I claim my own power.  I give myself the freedom from the past and move with joy into the now.  There is no problem too big or too small that it cannot be solved with love.  I am ready to be healed.  I am willing to forgive and all is well.  I know that all negative patterns no longer limit me.  I let them go with ease.  And as I forgive myself, it becomes easier to forgive others.  I forgive myself for not being perfect.  I am living the best I know how.  It is safe for me to release all my childhood trauma and move into love.  I forgive everyone in my past for all perceived wrongs.  I release them with love.  All the changes that lie before me are positive ones and I am safe..........LOUISE HAY

From Jean: Chris' Surgery!

Chris came through his surgery and is doing fine. He is being transferred to his room as I write this. Post op recovery was uneventful. He will be in the hospital for a few more days until he is stable and then will go to rehab for strengthening. Thank all of you for your prayers. They were answered. Thanks to Wallace and Charisse for coming to the hospital and staying by my side when I needed them most. Thanks too for the lunch. I have a wonderful family and I appreciate you all.
Love Jean

GLEN's HEALTHFUL MOMENT!

For you skeptics, humor me and do it any way.  Uncle Plummer used to say, "It's better to have and not need than to need and not have."  There's a Jewish saying that -- "It's better to be an hour early than ten minutes late."  So please read -- and take heed!!!!

URGENT MESSAGE!!!        GOT FOOD?
The sun shines & the rain falls on both the righteous, and the wicked.  Likewise, when God brings judgment on a nation, both the wicked, and the people of God suffer (Mat 5:45).  God in his mercy has shown us in his word the signs of Jesus’ soon return.  Are you physically, and (most important of all) SPIRITUALLY ready for what is soon to come?
The Bible tells us that before Jesus returns, these signs will occur during the same time period:  false Christs, wars everywhere, ethnic & racial conflicts, famines, drought, seas roaring, volcanoes, earthquakes, signs in the heavens, sink holes, and pestilences will greatly increase in frequency, and intensity.  The whole earth is groaning, and all animals are effected by massive die offs worldwide since January 2011.  Hatred, murder of the innocent, and wickedness as in the days of Lot, and Noah are abounding.  (Matthew 24, Mark 13, Mark 21, Revelation)
Not if, but when California gets hit by the mega quake, or some other disaster, do you have things stored away ahead of time for survival?  It is crucial that you start storing non-perishable, and ready to eat canned foods, and plenty of water to last for several months NOW!!!  You can live off of ramen noodles, rice, oatmeal, and beans if this is all you can afford.  Buy crackers instead of bread, and peanut butter as a good source of protein.  Make sure you have a manual can opener, as you may not have electricity, nor running water.
Plant a garden and, learn how to can, or dry your excess produce. Even if you have no yard, you can plant in pots on your patio, and near windows.  Ask God for wisdom for what you need to do personally before mid August.

GOD BLESS YOU & KEEP YOU,

Minister Jacqueline Griffin
