Pray For Cecily And Other Bostonians!
You can imagine how the students in the Boston area must feel with the current manhunt in full force and the threat of more terror in the city.
The city is on lock down, no classes, no public transportation, and the residents are mandated to stay in doors.
For some perspective on how near these attacks occurred to her - MIT's campus is just over the bridge from Boston University. The shooting that took place there last night is on the same street as one of Cecily's friend's dorm room.
The finish line of the Marathon was two miles up on the same street as her University.
Cecily had been invited to attend the festivities with friends that day but chose to meet another friend on the other side of town. Thank you Jesus. The group of friends that
invited her were actually in the location of one bomb just thirty minutes prior to it going off. As Cecily shared this with me she testified to the fact that God's hand said "no."
Many students are experiencing sleep deprivation, loss of focus, and much distraction.
Please lift them up in prayer as they try and finish this last three weeks of school in the mist of chaos. People may say, if there is a God where was He Monday or why
did He allow this to happen. Our response, "He was there bringing comfort to the mother who had just spoken with her eight year old son and is now in the Presence of the Lord, He was there because the casualties were in the hundreds and not in the thousands, He was there
through the doctors, nurses, technicians, police officers, ambulance drivers and all the medical advances utilized to meet the needs of victims and He is there in the midst protecting our daughter and many others." Please continue to pray that they will dwell in safety.
God tells us to not cease in bringing our petitions before Him, that weapons formed against us will not prosper, and when the enemy comes in like a flood He will raise a standard against him.
Let us stand on these promises which are yes and amen in Christ Jesus. Proclaiming His truth and His ability to do all that He has declared.
Love you guys,
Wallace and Charisse

Middlesex County braces as winter storm bears down
MIDDLESEX COUNTY — For most hardware stores, the threat of winter weather usually means an uptick in business.
But as a potentially major storm bore down on New Jersey on Thursday — bringing with it the threat of blizzard conditions, in some places — one area storeowner sensed a little extra urgency.
“After the last bouts of severe weather, I think people are trying to prepare earlier this time,” said Jeff Clayton, co-owner of Jamesburg Hardware and Appliance. “They don’t want to get caught flat-footed like they have in the past.”
The latest forecasts from the National Weather Service called for between six and 10 inches of snow in Central New Jersey, with a winter storm watch in effect from 3 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Saturday. But forecasters warned that the storm was extremely volatile, and that outlook could change drastically.
“We’re just planning as normal,” said John Ferguson, assistant coordinator of the Middlesex County Office of Emergency Management. “The county is getting the trucks together. We keep sending out the (weather) info to our municipalities.”
In Jamesburg, Clayton said customers were buying up the usual items: Flashlights, generators, snow shovels, ice melters.
“All the emergency kind of things,” he said.
As of Thursday at noon, Clayton said he still had all those items in stock.
Elsewhere, police departments in several towns — including Spotswood, Sayreville, Milltown and North Brunswick — sent out advisories to their residents reminding them to avoid parking on streets during the storm to allow for snow removal.
Milltown police advised residents that they can park in borough-operated lots, such as Borough Park, Borough Hall, and the Library lot.
As of Thursday afternoon, New Brunswick schools had announced early dismissals for Friday.

It’s coming — and this time a nor’easter snowstorm named Nemo is looking to dump about 10 inches of snow on Central Jersey by Saturday in an area still recuperating from the damage caused by high winds and the storm surge from Superstorm Sandy.
Local towns, counties, transportation and utility companies began alerting residents to be prepared for the storm that could bring a mixture of heavy snow, to sleet or even a mix with rain Thursday.
As of late Thursday afternoon the National Weather Service, Mount Holly Office forecast called for up to 14 inches of snow in some parts of Central Jersey. Most of Central Jersey is under a Winter Storm Warning, while New York City and coastal portions of northeast New Jersey are under a Blizzard Warning.
Perth Amboy has partnered with the Middlesex County’s Community Notification System for alerts by telephone, e-mail or mobile text message for notifications on emergencies such as severe weather, boil water alerts, health emergencies and other urgent information impacting the public. The service is available to all Middlesex County residents. (continuted at: http://www.mycentraljersey.com/article/20130207/NJNEWS/302070047/First-Sandy-now-Nemo)

Let's Pray Together For Everyone On The East Coast and Mountain Areas Expecting Heavy Snow!
Dear Faith Filled Warriors:
From Isaiah's school:
Throughout our region, damage from Hurricane Sandy has been unprecedented and power outages in New Jersey will be longterm. PSE&G is unable to provide a date or time for return of service. The back portion of TCNJ's campus, which includes all our academic buildings and the library, will likely be without power for the rest of the week. As a result we are closing the College through Friday, November 2.
We have adequate power and supplies to care for those already on campus, but students, faculty, and staff who are off campus should not return to TCNJ until advised to do so. We encourage students, faculty, and staff who left for fall break to follow local and state travel advisories and to assist their families and communities with recovery efforts, wherever possible.
Those students who remain on campus have been advised they should be very cautious if moving around the campus. Grounds crews are still assessing and dealing with the damages from the high winds of the storm. The state described the situation as unprecedented in terms of damage and we strongly discourage students from leaving campus today. If you choose to leave, please notify the Residential Education office at 609-771-3455.
Eickhoff Dining Hall will open today from 4-8 pm, with somewhat limited dining options and will be open Wednesday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. The C-Store will open today from 4-8 pm and Wednesday through Friday from 10 am to 8 pm.
We will continue to share updates as the recovery process continues.

Pray for us in New Jersey. We are scared!!! The hurricane will make landfall in central New Jersey where all of us live!
The wind is howling and you can feel danger is coming. Just left to check on mom and Roni the shingles are blowing off her roof. There is a voluntary evacuation for parts of Carteret. It has already started flooding and the storm has not yet hit. I had to take an alternate route to get to her house. Urs and her kids are prepared their shelter is a school right across the street. It is projected that 80% of Jersey will lose power. I will continue to update you all!
180,000 people in New Jersey are out of power and the hurricane hasn't even hit yet. It will hit Atlantic City in about an hour. the hurricane will meet with a nor'easter and produce snow. West Virginia already has 10 inches of snow. Updates to follow. 6:18 PM EST
I am in the. dark. I lost power. So did Reggie, Aunt Lavata, and Mary Helen. Carl 9:31 P.M. ESTCarteret has just lost power. Mine is flickering on and off. I know it's just a matter of time. Updates will follow. I sent pictures of Mommie's house and the trees by her house. If you look closely you can see how they're leaning. Carl 7:34 P.M EST

Urgent Prayer for the East Coast: God Can Instantly Change Any Atmosphere
Urgent Prayer for the East Coast: God Can Instantly Change Any Atmosphere
When Chuck Pierce and his team prophesies an atmosphere to change, I listen carefully. Chuck is very accurate in times and seasons. –Steve Shultz, Founder and Publisher, The Elijah List & Breaking Christian News
As many are aware the East Coast is bracing for the impact of Hurricane Sandy which has already been flooding beach towns. Forecasters are saying the storm's center is making landfall along the New Jersey shore. States all along the Eastern Seaboard are expected to be affected by Sandy and forecasters warned that the New York City region could face the worst of the hurricane.
Below is a prophetic word from Chuck Pierce and John and Sheryl Price who are apostolic leaders in New Jersey. While they were ministering in Thailand over the weekend, God awoke them at 4am to pray over this storm. As I myself have been in much prayer, what came to me over and over was to declare that "Hurricane Sandy be pushed out to sea and to be weakened."
Let's pray for the safety of those on the Eastern Seaboard, minimal lives lost and minimal flooding. Let's pray for the power of God to change that surrounding region and atmosphere. Let's join together in fervent prayer over the East Coast as they are in a critical time and hour and greatly need our prayers. –Julie A. Smith, Editor, The Elijah List
*************************************
Chuck Pierce: The Power of God to Change an Atmosphere!
I know that so many of you are following the monstrous storm that poses a serious threat for the entire Eastern Seaboard.
John and Sheryl Price, two of our apostolic leaders from New Jersey, are actually with Robert and Linda Heidler now ministering in Thailand. However, they have been closely watching this storm and compiled the following update for those in their state and region. I'd like to share it with each of you to guide you in your prayers and faith declarations.
Blessings,
Chuck D. Pierce

John and Sheryl Price with Chuck Pierce: "God is Giving Us Power Over this Storm!"
As we are all joined in praying against one of the largest storms of our time, I wanted to resend the excerpt from a prophetic word spoken by Chuck Pierce at our state wide gathering in Basking Ridge on June 8 of this year. He said this,
"God is going to give us power over the next storm in this area. There will be a storm on the coast, and the Lord says I am going to give you power. You are going to see My power working. Now I am here to say again, New Jersey, Newark, Rehoboth beach in Delaware, Hartford area in CT and all the way to Yale – God is going to move in an unprecedented way – now get ready! The power of God has come into the atmosphere. This power is going to surprise you in a way that you have not been surprised. Some of you are saying how does this affect me? Well, some of you are going to wake up in the Presence of the Lord, and He is going to say I am waiting for you. He's going to stand there and you are going to be arrested by HIS SPIRIT. God's people are coming under a supernatural power and favor in this region."
In response to this prophetic word, in August, we gathered around the state of New Jersey, with visiting prayer leaders from DE, PA, NY and other areas for a week of prayer and worship encircling the entire coastal border of New Jersey. God met with us powerfully in each location, stopping storms, opening Heaven and ushering us through dangerous weather circumstances as we traveled that week. We could intercede about this coming storm because we had been alerted ahead of time! God does nothing unless He first shows His prophets! Notice the cities mentioned: New Jersey (the entire state) Newark, Rehoboth Beach, DE, Hartford, CT, and Yale University.
PRAYER DECLARATION: Please join us NOW in praying against the destruction of this storm! Command it to go out to sea or be so weakened that it would not be able to cause the harm the enemy intends to cause on our coastlines. Let's set our face like a flint to pray against the intended destruction of the enemy, as we stand in faith with the Word of the Lord above, "God is giving us power over this storm!"
John and I are still in Thailand ministering with Dr. Robert and Linda Heidler. We return on Oct. 30. Our connection with New Jersey has caused us to be awakened here, in Thailand, at 4am to pray with you from half way around the world during the fourth watch of the night here. To those in New Jersey, we love you all so much, and count it a privilege to serve on the state team with all of you. We see you standing strong, clothed in His armor, with a two edged sword in your mouth! The angelic hosts accompanied Chuck's prophetic word and were released ahead of time into our territory just for this time. They encircle you and keep you safe. They empower you to war on behalf of God's word.
NOW IS THE TIME FOR YOU TO USE HIS WORD TO REBUKE THIS STORM! APPROPRIATE HIS BLOOD AS PROTECTION FOR YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES AND USHER IN THE NEW WIND OF HOLY SPIRIT INTO OUR TERRITORY!
Love and Blessings,
John and Sheryl Price, Aligned for His Glory

President Barack Obama has declared a major disaster in New York, New Jersey and Long Island. The declaration makes federal funding available to people in the area, which bore the brunt of the sea surge from Hurricane Sandy.
_________________________________________________________________________PSE&G Storm Update sent by Ursula 10/31/2012
Carlton --
This is a serious storm, but we are going to do what it takes to keep people safe and secure, and make sure the communities affected get the assistance they need. FEMA is working with state and local governments to respond effectively. We all owe a debt of thanks to the first responders who will be dealing with the immediate impact of the storm.
If you live in the storm's path, please listen to state and local authorities about where and how to take shelter and stay safe -- and encourage your friends and family to do the same. If you are asked to evacuate, please take that seriously.
For more information on how to prepare for this storm, visit Ready.gov.
And if you'd like to find out how to support relief efforts where they're needed most, please visit the Red Cross or your local relief organization:

Michelle and I are keeping everyone in the affected areas in our thoughts and prayers. Be safe.
